Pricing questions
How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay for each active user with a login (admin, project manager, standard worker, or client). Inactive users do not count.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We provision your tenant, send your admin a welcome email, and you are running the same day.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and the new features unlock immediately. Downgrade at the end of any month.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Cancel any time. We bill monthly.
Where is my data stored?
In Google Cloud, in the EU multi-region (eur3 — Belgium, Netherlands, Finland). Each customer has their own isolated database.
