Common questions
How do I reset my password?
On the MIBI login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
Why can't I create or edit projects?
Only administrator-level users can create and modify projects. This is done through the MIBI web dashboard at app.mibihub.app. Contact your company administrator if you need a project to be added or changed.
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account". Include your full name and the email address associated with your account. We will acknowledge your request within 30 days and complete deletion within 90 days.
