Terms of service

Placeholder copy. The terms below describe MIBI's intended commercial terms. Final wording will be reviewed by Meestersinbouw and replaced with legally checked text before launch.

1. Service

MIBI provides cloud-based construction management software via mibihub.app subdomains. Each customer receives an isolated tenant environment.

2. Pricing and billing

Pricing is per active seat per month. Tiers and prices are listed on the pricing page. Billing is monthly in arrears. No setup fees. Cancel any time at the end of the current billing month.

3. Acceptable use

Customers agree not to use MIBI for unlawful purposes, to reverse engineer the software, or to submit content that infringes the rights of third parties.

4. Data ownership

Your data is yours. We do not access tenant data except as needed for support (with your consent) or to maintain the service. Data is stored in Google Cloud's EU multi-region.

5. Termination

You can terminate your subscription with 30 days notice. We can terminate for non-payment after 30 days notice or for breach of acceptable use terms with immediate effect. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.

6. Liability

MIBI is provided "as is". Our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Limburg, NL.
